Bob Kirchner, Pittsburgh claim adjuster, had a pair of $50 tickets for the Rebel 500 stock car race in Darlington, S.C./ for April 7. He never saw the race. He spent that Saturday adjusting the claims of evacuees from the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant area.
