He decided to have a party
As a teenager, I certainly enjoyed having several days off school. A friend of mine worked the front desk at the Sheraton and a news crew from ABC arrived and asked him if he knew of anything going on that they could tape. He decided to have a party at his house. He lived fairly close to TMI. His name is Brian Crawford and I think he’s still local.
The news crew showed up at Brian’s party and interviewed some of us. They told us it would be on Good Morning America the next day.

Bettina Gregory
I didn’t wake up in time to see it but apparently it aired and it included an interview of me. Too cool! I never did see it. I remember the lady who interviewed us was Bettina Gregory. We had all been drinking so I don’t know if I made sense or not!
Anyway, several years later I had a non-cancerous nodule removed from my thyroid. Makes me wonder if it is related to TMI.
There you have it. I retired to North Carolina last year but my folks still live in the house I grew up in.
